DONATE FOR STREET MEDICINE CARE BAGS

JMh/Love Anaheim Street Medicine Care Bags is an effort to provide a quick and nutritious meal to individuals living outdoors. A care bag sponsor will help people take medications that must be taken with food.

The City of Anaheim will begin Street Medicine Outreach Program in September that provides medicine for those experiencing Homelessness. The Street Medicine Outreach Team will provide the Care Bags to those they are serving. 

Care Bag Sponsors' donations will purchase supplies for the Street Medicine Care Bags. The contents of the bags will vary. The cost for each Care Bag is about $8.00.
