Food Bag Packing for Anaheim Food Pantry Network

Description:

Love Anaheim  will be packing 550 bags of food on Saturday, December 16. 

The Food Bags for weekly distribution by:

1. 1. City of Anaheim at their Family Resource Centers (FRCs) - 300 bags:
2. 2. Magnolia Baptist Church Thursday Food Pantry - 200 Bags
3. 3. City of Anaheim Mobile Family Resource Center (MFRC) - 50 Bags

The bags will contain a variety of non-perishable dry goods and will weigh about 10 pounds each. We may also be assembling Senior Care Bags to be distributed to Seniors across Anaheim. Volunteers may also assist in various tasks to prepare food bags to be distributed. This project is a Partnership between the City of Anaheim, Samueli Foundation, CAP OC and Love Anaheim.

Please arrive at 9:00 am at Magnolia Baptist Church - 720 S. Magnolia Ave Anaheim, CA 92804 - park in the Volunteer Parking areas - SEE AERIAL MAP. Be ready to turn in your waiver form, receive some instructions, meet your team, and assist with the Food Bagging Project. You will be done by 11:30 am.

We will be operating carefully in a Post-Pandemic mode - Please read the JMh - Anaheim / Love Anaheim Best Operating Practices before signing up, and sign a Love Anaheim Waiver.
