Love Anaheim Serve Day #15 - Ball Jr High School Campus Beautification

The Ball Junior High School Campus Beautification Team will be doing various tasks and projects on the Ball Junior High School Campus that will make it look and feel better. Your projects may include: planting plants and flowers, light cleaning, removing gum with a high tech gum removal machine, picking up trash on and around the campus, removing graffiti, working in the school garden, painting tables, and various other tasks.  Your team may also be interacting with the principal, custodian, teachers and students on campus. Flexibility is key in this project. 

YOU WILL NEED TO BE AT THE KICK OFF RALLY FROM 8:30 - 9:00 am at Vineyard Church of Anaheim - 5340 E La Palma Ave Anaheim, CA 92807 - where you will turn in your waiver form, pick up your free Love Anaheim Tee Shirt (if you already have a tee shirt, please wear that one), and grab some free breakfast snacks. There will also be some other fun stuff at the Rally.

From the Kick Off Rally, you will be traveling to Ball Junior High Campus - 1500 W Ball Rd, Anaheim, CA 92802, where you will be serving from 9:30 am -12:30 pm. 

Ball Junior High School is located in Anaheim, California and serves 1,040 students, in which 84% participate in the free and reduced meal program, 26% are designated English Learners, and 12% are Students with Disabilities. The demographic profile also indicates the following regarding student subgroups: 80% Hispanic; 6.6% White; 8.3% Asian; 2% African American, 1.4% Pacific Islander, .3% Native American, and .59% Mixed Race/Multiracial.   • The After Party begins at 12:30PM (including Free lunch for everyone) at the Fullerton College Quad at 12:30PM. 

    🚙 Parking will be located in the Fullerton College parking structure off Lemon Street.



Project Location:

All Participants will need to sign a medical / liability / photo waiver the day of the event... IF YOU HAVE PARTICIPATED IN A PREVIOUS 2019 LOVE ANAHEIM EVENT AND HAVE TURNED IN A WAIVER, you do not need to turn in another. 2018 WAIVERS ARE NO LONGER VALID. CLICK HERE to print waiver.
